I started as a freshly graduated botanist deciding to opt for a role in regulatory affairs not knowing much about it, simply because it felt right. And it was! For nearly three decades, I thrived as a regulatory strategist in Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, and Med Tech, navigating complex legislations and leading teams in demanding corporate environments.

After experiencing redundancy twice in three years, I decided to trust my intuition again… Curious by nature and fascinated by what drives growth, I've always been drawn to meaningful conversations that empower people to make authentic decisions. Helping others see their potential truly lights me up! Intuitively, I enrolled in formal coaching education at the International Coaching Academy, and wow, what an incredible decision it was! Everything clicked; I knew coaching was where I belonged.
