Coaching is a partnership built through conversation, where you are truly heard and start to see your own situation more clearly, often in ways that shift how you think and feel.

It’s not about advising, healing or fixing. It’s about enabling you to find your own answers, faster than if you were doing it alone, and confidently take action.

It’s about making what’s good, better.

Coaching is not mentoring or consulting or therapy (all of which are equally valuable).

Coaching is based on the premise that clients are whole, resourceful, and have deep inner wisdom about the nature of their own personal and professional experiences and development. Therefore, the coach’s primary role is to draw out an individual's wisdom through inquiry, curiosity, and gentle challenges that help someone to stretch into their higher self and deepest capacities.

That’s completely okay, and exactly why I offer a free discovery introductory call: to chat, connect, and help you gain clarity, not to convince you.

If you’re feeling stuck, unsure about your next step, or held back by self-doubt, coaching can offer a space to think things through, get clear on what matters to you, realign, and take meaningful action.

After the call you’ll have a better sense of whether coaching feels like the right fit. If it does, we’ll talk about next steps. If not, that’s perfectly fine too.

I partner with professionals, students and academics at various stages of their personal and professional journeys, some have just started while others are already well established. Some have regulatory and quality background like me, but certainly not everyone.

All my clients are curious, open-minded and talented individuals who, despite their strengths, feel stuck. They want to deepen their understanding of who they are and what is really important for them so that they can move forward.

I work with those eager to grow, seeking the right coach with the energy, insight, and skills to help them do it.

We’ll get a good sense of that during our introductory conversation, that’s exactly what it’s for.

In this call, you’ll have the chance to explore whether there’s good chemistry and if we’re a right fit. You’ll experience what coaching with me feels like, and reflect on questions like:

Do I feel heard and understood? Does the coaching style resonate with me? Can I trust the coach and feel motivated by them?

I coach via Zoom or in person, on a cadence that suits your schedule and available to my clients, for the duration of our time together.

You are welcome to contact me between sessions; to share a success story, a concern or talk about something that didn't quite work the way you had in mind. It also avoids us wasting time at the start of the session on catching up from where we left off, I will already know, because we have been in contact.

I am an accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).  Throughout my life I’ve studied, worked and lived in several countries.
I bring over 25 years of leadership experience in corporate world, and also got B.Sc. and M.Sc. in plant sciences, thou except my love to sunflowers, no use to me whatsoever as a coach.
I’ve been married for over 3 decads and am a proud mom of 3 amazing daughters.

All of these things make me who I am today, both as a person and as a coach. 🌻
